Over the three-day event, local contractors, manufacturers, and industry leaders had direct access to the combined expertise of Tillmann Henrichs (Quadra South Africa), Xavier Delacour (Quadra Concrete France), Florian Renninghof (ROTHO), and Alfred Rochlus (ASSYX). The team answered technical questions, offered practical advice, and demonstrated how Quadra’s tailored equipment and its partners’ complementary solutions add real value for South African producers.

Quadra South Africa and Quadra Concrete France presented advanced automated plants and production lines designed for manufacturing concrete blocks, pavers, and other precast elements. Renowned for precision engineering and robust automation, Quadra’s solutions help local manufacturers optimise production, improve product consistency, and boost profitability, all while meeting the unique demands of the South African market.

Adding further value, ROTHO highlighted its market-leading curing systems and high-quality production boards. As specialists in concrete curing and handling, ROTHO enables local concrete block and paver makers to achieve faster, energy-efficient curing, resulting in superior product quality and lower operational costs.

ASSYX attracted strong interest with its innovative DuroBOARD® — a high-performance composite production board built for maximum strength and a long service life. By minimising wear and downtime, ASSYX boards help South African producers boost plant efficiency and keep production output steady, even under demanding operating conditions.

Completing the stand’s offering, MCT Marcantonini — globally trusted for its concrete batching and mixing systems — demonstrated how its tailor-made batching plants and distribution solutions help local ready-mix and precast producers meet precise mix designs, maintain consistent quality, and manage projects more efficiently.

The Big 5 Construct South Africa 2025 proved an ideal platform for Quadra South Africa and its partners to connect with decision-makers and industry leaders. Visitors left Stand 202 with fresh insights into how these proven solutions can strengthen South Africa’s concrete bricks, blocks, paving, and ready-mix concrete sectors.

As the event concludes, Quadra South Africa remains dedicated to supporting the local construction and precast industry with advanced equipment, smart automation, and reliable partnerships that drive efficiency, quality, and growth.
