HMB Formenbau GmbH originated in 1982 when the company HESS machine plant divided mold construction as its own company. Under the name HMB Maschinenbau an independent company was domiciled in Bad Laasphe that over the years developed into an established mold manufacturer for the concrete industry.
In addition to the initial equipment of plants to produce concrete components by the HESS company, sales activities for existing companies were also performed by the locally based HESS companies as well as by representatives for all machine manufacturers.
In 2003 a transformation to mold production occurred in which instead of smelted forms milled and then hardened mold sets became standard. Correspondingly HMB built a modern machine park with CNC milling machines. Coupled with the experience of employees qualified for years in the welding plant, the mechanical manufacture and in construction tried and tested molds for all types of concrete and all machine types and the most varied of machine brands were manufactured, also in accordance with the instructions of individual customers.
In the scope of the succession and the sale of the HESS Group to TOP WERK GmbH in 2013, HMB Formenbau GmbH was created from the former company.
In 2015 qualified engineer and business administrator Friedrich Krombach as former managing director of the HESS Group GmbH bought the company HMB Formenbau and since 1 October has been acting as the directing shareholder. HMB Formenbau GmbH has since then been operating independently in sales, the construction and manufacture of concrete molds.

The brothers David and Bruno Galletti founded their first craft Company back in 1947 with sound basis in the field of fine machining and industrial machinery construction.
In 1964 they designed and built the first Planetary Mixer P375 based on absolutely innovative mixing techniques, which would have soon been known in the market under the name of «Galletti Planetary».
In 1972 the Company O.M.G. (Officine Meccaniche Galletti S.r.l.) was founded and important investments were made in state of the art machineries and toolings at Ponte Valleceppi (Perugia) factory, allowing new sizes and types of mixers to be produced.
In 1992, the growing presence on international markets led to the constitution of SICOMA S.r.l., Company of the fledgling OMG Group, appointed to the production of the new types of mixers and to the sales and service in the foreign markets of all equipment produced by OMG Group.
The specific technical solutions characterizing OMG SICOMA mixers, designed and introduced over the years, are protected by international patents and make the machines unique.
Nowadays, OMG Group is directly present in Spain (Galletti Iberica 1988), France (OMG France 2006), China (Sicoma Zhuhai 2000), USA (Sicoma North America 2005) and India (Sicoma Mixers India 2011). Localization of manufacturing is a key factor for the success particularly in China and India.
In many other countries, SICOMA is present through agents or distributors such as in South Africa through Quadra SA.

Maderas Goiriz was founded more than 70 years ago by a modest family that started in wood manufacturing. It is now in its fourth generation.
Concentrated on growth and service, in 1988 Maderas Goiriz restructured in order to offer more competitive solutions to the market and optimize its production process.
The business strategy has always been the need of evolution and continuous improvement, during the four generations.
Innovation and development have prevailed in all its decisions: in the purchase of innovative machinery, in the creation of new products, in the extension of lands, as well as in the professional qualified employees.
The company has grown significantly with the recent acquisition of the Zubiri factory in 2015. At present, the high volume of production is distributed between the factories based in Santiago de Compostela and Villalba, both located in Galicia (Spain).
